Job Title: Parts Counter Sales Associate

Position SummaryThe Parts Counter Sales Associate supports daily parts operations, including customer sales, inventory management, and warranty processing. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, organized warehouse operations, and timely handling of warranty claims and credits.
Key Responsibilities- Process HVAC parts orders via phone, email, and over the counter
- Identify parts, generate quotes, and convert to orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly
- Promote products and support customer retention
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Learn and manage manufacturer warranty processes
- Track, submit, and reconcile warranty claims and credits
- Maintain accurate warranty records
- Receive and verify incoming stock orders
- Organize warehouse and showroom inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts, discrepancies)
- Support stocking strategies and inventory placement
- Load/unload customer orders and shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of warehouse, parts, or counter sales experience preferred
- HVAC parts knowledge preferred
- Inventory control experience
- HVAC / mechanical / construction background a plus
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Self-starter, team player
- Accurate order processing
- Clean, organized warehouse with reliable inventory
- Timely warranty claims and credits
- Strong customer relationships
