Summer 2026 Management Trainee Internship – Greater Columbus

Location:

Columbus, OH.

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you’ll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. The internship will expose you to real‑world professional experience that helps you stand apart from the crowd. The program is team‑based and designed to help you grow, learn, and have fun.

Compensation
: $17/hour.

Program Length
: 12 weeks, full‑time, May 19th 2026 – August 14th 2026.

As a Management Trainee, you will be placed at the heart of Enterprise, managing a fleet of vehicles, addressing customer needs, executing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. You will complete internship projects and engage in friendly competition with your peers. Eligible interns may receive performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

• At least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating no later than May 2027 (rising senior).
• Able to work 40 hours per week for the full 10–12 weeks of the program (up to 89 days maximum within the May–August 2026 window).
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership activities such as clubs, volunteer work, community service, athletics, or military service.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record (DWI/DUI) within the past five years.
