The Enterprise Payments Sales Enablement Manager is an essential role for the establishment and progression of growth initiatives for the Payments team and for Huntington Bank overall.
This role will actively lead initiatives that expand and evolve Payments Sales Enablement programs to deliver measurable revenue impact through strategic sales enablement execution. The manager will drive strategically important “Go-To-Market” and Commercialization initiatives, assess and develop business cases, evaluate resources and technology investments, and work closely with the Payments Strategy, Go-To-Market, and Commercialization teams, product managers, sales and service teams, and key functional leaders across Enterprise Payments and Sales Enablement functions within other business units.
The goal is to design and implement new operating models that align with the “Go-To-Market” approach and to interface directly with senior leadership and senior management across functions. This role reports to a member of the Enterprise Payments leadership team.
- Lead the execution of market research, perform analytics, benchmark current capabilities, and conduct competitor analysis to develop a fact‑based foundation for establishing best‑in‑class sales enablement capabilities.
- Develop, refine, and report on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) related to Go‑To‑Market and Sales Enablement effectiveness.
- Formulate, impact‑size, and execute strategic sales enablement initiatives in partnership with other payments teams and Sales Enablement functions within Huntington.
- Coordinate and take accountability for developing strategic presentations to senior management, working cross‑functionally to determine and develop appropriate content, messaging, and presentation.
- Define, prioritize, and manage various initiatives across sales enablement.
- Conduct ad‑hoc strategic market analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in sales enablement or payments strategy, with a strong track record in a leading role.
- Executive‑level presence and ability to navigate and work cross‑functionally at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work and manage with ambiguity.
- Strong research skills and a desire to expand knowledge.
- Ability to synthesize analysis and research into practical strategic insights and recommendations.
- Ability to manage individuals and complex engagements in a matrixed model.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex strategic analysis and translate strategy into execution with responsibility for implementation.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate degree from a top‑tier institution. A graduate degree is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, financial services, payments, and/or software technology.
- 7+ years of experience, including a successful track record of developing business strategy, financial modeling and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning.
