As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the One Chase Field Enablement Platform product you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way, working with cross‑functional teams to build key relationships and continuously deliver value.

• Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Support the completion of change‑management activities across functional partners and monitor adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
• Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to ensure product deliveries meet control standards.
• Oversee use of Jira and Jira Align across Sales Optimization product.

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross‑matrix environments.

• Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Fluent with JIRA and JIRA Align tools.
