Position Title
Business Consultant-Contract Compliance & Strategy (Contract)
Location & Hybrid PolicyThis role requires associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Job Status:

- Serve as liaison between Provider Solutions, Health Economics, and Contract Administration to translate moderately to highly complex business needs into software requirements, business procedures, reports, and analytical tools supporting Chargemaster Enforcement processes.
- Evaluate current and future business needs, ensuring technology‑enabled solutions align with operational objectives and strategic initiatives.
- May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.
- Act as a resource to Provider Solutions, Contract Management, and Health Economics to address questions/issues.
- Analyze and design solutions to address complex and varied business needs.
- Develop project plans and identify and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Lead the strategy and execution of recovery workflows for Contract Compliance and Chargemaster variances, from identification through final resolution/closure.
- Locate, review, and interpret complex contracts to support accurate compliance and reimbursement decisions.
- BA/BS degree and minimum of 8 years business analysis experience, including analysis and project management; or equivalent background.
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations.
- Salary range: $87,680 – $131,520 (Columbus, OH; Virginia).
