Admissions Lead - LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus What You’ll Do- Help support the Admissions team during daily operations
- Keep lines moving and guest energy positive
- Jump in to help guests and teammates whenever needed
- Learn leadership skills through coaching and hands‑on experience
- Help train and motivate team members
- Support a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for families
- Work closely with supervisors and other attraction teams throughout the day
You’d be a great fit if you:
- Are outgoing, positive, and confident talking to people
- Can stay calm in busy situations
- Enjoy helping and encouraging others
- Have experience in customer service, retail, food service, entertainment, or attractions
- Want to grow into leadership
- Are available weekends and holidays (required)
Previous leadership and training experience!
