Position: Fleet Reliability Manager (NJUS)

Purpose of Position

The Technical Services Manager is responsible for the reliability of the assigned fleet(s) and strategic maintenance.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Ensures the fleet is maintained to uncompromising safety standards at all times.
  • Prepares and presents the Fleet Reliability Report (FRR).
  • Monitors technical trends and assists in identifying chronic aircraft issues.
  • Reviews OEM Service Bulletins or letters.
  • Prioritizes projects and creates business cases for fleet campaigns or improvements.
  • Performs root‑cause analysis.
  • Works with OEM to resolve technical issues.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering.

Certifications and Licenses

FAA Airframe&Powerplant (A&P).

Years of Experience

8–10 years of experience.

  • Five years of hands‑on experience in aviation maintenance.

  • Experience with data‑mining tools (Tableau, SAS, or SQL).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in creating and communicating business cases and cost‑benefit analysis.
