As a Summer Analyst in the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP), you will participate in a vigorous 9‑week introductory program focused on the value‑add matters that have a real‑life impact on our customers. The summer is centered on providing you with a comprehensive look at Chase, with focus on the following disciplines:
Product, Project/Program Management, and Strategy & Strategic Initiatives. Successful completion may result in an offer of employment into our CLDP Full‑time (2‑year rotational) program.
- Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward‑related business decisions, and assess and forecast profit.
- Drive product development through the lifecycle – testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new and developing features.
- Manage project management efforts for high‑visibility brand, marketing, and media initiatives.
- Evaluate and quantify business strategies in line with regulatory controls.
- Develop innovative solutions to key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and functions (e.g., Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Finance, UX Design).
- Design, build, and deploy AI‑enabled solutions to automate workflows, improve decision‑making, and enhance customer/stakeholder experience while ensuring appropriate model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong technical learning acumen.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- In pursuit of a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
- Coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business a plus.
