As a Community Association Manager on the Association Management team at LINK, you are responsible for overseeing a portfolio of condominium and/or homeowner association clients and working with the association management team to complete all duties set forth in the management agreements.
What You'll Do- Act as the primary contact between LINK and the association boards of directors.
- Prepare for and attend meetings of the boards of directors and association annual meetings, sometimes held in the evenings.
- Oversee annual service agreements for the association portfolio, and assist the boards in soliciting competitive bids for services as necessary.
- Collaborate with the facilities maintenance team on routine maintenance and project needs of the associations.
- Oversee financial reports of the association and present reports to the board of directors.
- Work with the association's attorneys on any legal matters involving the association and on any collections efforts.
- Correspond with association owners to assist with financial, maintenance, or architectural matters.
- Maintain association records in property management software, the company shared drives, resale disclosure website, and other areas as necessary.
- Complete other regular duties or projects as directed or assigned.
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Docs and Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to become proficient with internal software programs necessary.
- Strong financial analysis, analytical and creative problem solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong initiative to take ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work requests flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and the ability to have flexibility to regularly work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines if necessary.
