Business Analyst Senior - Data, Modeling & Analytics

As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Data, Solutions & Delivery organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH, Wilmington, DE or Tysons Corner, VA.

The Demand Management Analyst II supports intake governance, portfolio planning, capacity management, prioritization, and delivery coordination across multiple technology and business initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between requestors, product owners, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure work is properly evaluated, prioritized, funded, staffed, and tracked through completion.

• Facilitate intake and assessment of new work requests.
• Support prioritization and portfolio governance processes.
• Update JIRA, Confluence, and BI reports.
• Facilitate Quarterly PI Planning sessions.
• Maintain capacity plans, resource forecasts, and staffing projections.
• Track portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Support financial planning, investment reviews, and funding requests.
• Prepare executive reporting and governance materials.
• Coordinate communication across business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Direct research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements, and participate in the development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.
• Provide consultation to clients on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project management.
• Develop and maintain all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
• Independently obtain and identify the business requirements needed to carry out and improve applicable business processes.
• Provide expertise and problem‑solving for clients and technology teams throughout the business analysis process.
• Translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and technology teams on moderately complex business requirements, provide gap analysis and facilitate future business process modeling for clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting portfolio, demand, delivery, or project management functions.
• Power BI – Intermediate/Advanced.
• Power Query – Intermediate/Advanced.
• Excel – Intermediate.
• JIRA – Beginner/Intermediate.
• Clarizen – Beginner.
• Experience with Agile delivery organizations preferred.

• Base Salary: $52,500.00 – $ (varies by location and experience).
