MEMBERS ONLY – Construction Project Manager (Columbus, OH)

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who is motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of making independent decisions. The role involves leading project activities, coordinating with service teams, and providing technical support to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day project activities for executed orders.
  • Coordinate start‑up, warranty, and troubleshooting support with service teams and technicians.
  • Provide technical support and develop proposals and pricing estimates.
  • Apply HVAC airside and waterside knowledge to support equipment selection and application.
  • Understand multiple technologies across manufacturer equipment lines.
  • Create equipment selections using manufacturer software and resources.
  • Support Account Managers and customers with proper equipment selection and application.
  • Develop scopes and proposals with itemized project costs.
  • Document selection criteria and maintain project files.
  • Assist Account Managers with customer‑specific marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide project updates and clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits as needed; travel estimated at 10%–25%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, construction management, or industrial engineering (preferred); equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Site visits required; travel estimated between 10%–25%.
  • HVAC project management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and operating systems including Windows, Word, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Works) is a plus.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to make independent decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of responding effectively to customer needs.
