UFG, Inc. is seeking a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist for Signarama in the Columbus region. You will travel to franchise stores, coach owners on operations, marketing, and sales strategies, and dig into P&Ls to uncover growth opportunities and set goals.
You’ll work closely with franchisees and our corporate support team to deliver training, campaigns, and technical setups, helping stores shine and grow. This role requires 50% travel and strong people skills.
