Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Title – Salesforce Business Analyst

Location – Remote in the US (Must work EST hours; CST candidates considered. 8:00 AM Eastern meetings required.)

Role Type – Contract-to-Hire (6 months, then conversion to full-time)

Must Have Skills:

• Highly “why-curious” analyst who challenges requirements to uncover true business needs
• Strong Salesforce knowledge, ideally with hands-on Salesforce Admin experience
• Ability to write and interpret Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) for data analysis
• Process documentation expertise, including creating detailed process flows (Visio or similar tools)
• Healthcare industry experience preferred

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Serve as a senior-level individual contributor partnering with business and technology stakeholders
• Elicit, analyze, and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with true organizational needs
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Salesforce solutions
• Leverage SOQL to analyze data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and process maps
• Facilitate early-morning stakeholder meetings (8:00 AM EST) with professionalism and preparedness
• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining accountability for deliverables
• Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to leadership and project teams
• Balance curiosity and critical thinking with tact and professionalism
• Contribute to a culture that values independence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
