We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. The candidate will have experience in product-focused business analysis, Agile/Scrum delivery, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable backlog items and drive them through implementation with quality
.
- Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems.
- Partner with product management to prioritize and refine the team backlog.
- Work closely with clients and technology teams to capture, document, and validate business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.
- Manage Scrum ceremonies and support day-to-day team operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong product background with experience translating product strategy into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience working with Scrum teams and managing backlogs.
- Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems testing.
- 3-6 years of relevant business analyst or product analyst experience.
Skills:
- Experience with cross-functional product delivery in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with backlog and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
