Success Manager - Hybrid

The Partner Success Manager plays a critical role in supporting providers and partner communities by blending clinical knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills. This role is distinguished by its ability to manage operational tasks, facilitate smooth communication between teams, and proactively address partner needs. The Specialist ensures consistent service delivery by supporting the Director of Operations, coordinating reports, resolving issues, and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, clinical awareness, and a collaborative, service‑first mindset.

Location: Columbus area

Schedule: Full‑Time/Dayshift

Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provider and Partner Support
  • Serve as the main operational contact for assigned partner communities, providing responsive and effective support.
  • Assist providers with scheduling, coordination, documentation needs, and day‑to‑day operational requests.
  • Facilitate communication between providers, partners, and the director to ensure smooth service delivery.
Operational Coordination
  • Track provider schedules and ensure that partner communities are informed and prepared for upcoming visits.
  • Help manage escalations by gathering information, coordinating responses, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support new partner and provider onboarding processes as needed.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Assist in collecting and reviewing service delivery data, including appointment completion, partner feedback, and service metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner communications and operational activities.
  • Prepare routine updates and reports for the director of operations.
Communication and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with partner facilities and community leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams, business development, and internal operations to ensure seamless partner experiences.
  • Communicate operational updates, changes, and expectations clearly and proactively.
Administrative Support
  • Assist in maintaining operational documents, records, and CRM updates for assigned region.
  • Help coordinate regional meetings, training, and partner visits.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the director as needed to help drive regional performance.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, partner success, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Healthcare or post‑acute care experience strongly preferred.

The pay range for this role is: $60,000 – $70,000 USD per year (Columbus, OH)
