Maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance, the full-time 403(b) Account Manager will provide superior customer service, perform compliance testing, and prepare necessary government forms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:- Provides timely customer service and issue resolution to clients and advisors
- Performs compliance testing and prepares government forms, including Form 5500
- Maintains high client retention rates through effective communication and relationship management
- College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience
- Minimum of 3 years in an account manager or similar role in retirement administration
- QKA designation required or willingness to attain
- Experience with Relius, Salesforce, and FT Williams strongly desired
- Mastery of administrator functions and skills
