Change Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing the Enterprise Change Management strategy
• Support the implementation of enterprise-wide change methodology
• Partner across program teams to help design and deliver communications, training, and engagement activities
• Assess change impacts and develop targeted enablement strategies
• Monitor stakeholder adoption and engage stakeholders effectively
• Develop and deliver targeted communication materials and training content
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative metrics to assess readiness and adoption
• Identify resistance areas and contribute to mitigation strategies
• Assist in developing engagement events to build understanding and future adoption

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years experience in change management-related programs
• Change Management Expertise
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with and through others
• Strong reliability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Ability to interpret data and work with analytic models and advanced technologies
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point
