• Lead product strategy to optimize pricing for over 35,000 vacation rental homes across 10+ platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).
• Develop and implement a suite of pricing tools, including our dynamic pricing algorithm (Smart Rates).
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, and revenue managers to leverage cutting-edge technology for maximum impact.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead experiments and measure the performance of new pricing features.
• Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and guide decision-making.

• 8+ years of product management or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketplace pricing or advertising.
• A proven track record of success in data analysis and using data to drive business results.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• A passion for innovation and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with machine learning and data science.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $160,000 – $212,000 annual base salary + benefits package (including equity and travel credit).
