To learn more about Valeris, please visit  a Senior Project Manager within the PMO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex U.S. healthcare programs spanning operations, technology, compliance, and client delivery. You will serve as the primary project leader, partnering with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness while maintaining the highest standards of governance and regulatory compliance.

This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional leadership, executive presence, and the ability to build credibility with clients and senior leaders. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills while leading complex healthcare implementations within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional healthcare implementation and operational initiatives from project initiation through successful transition to operations and project closure.

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and critical path dependencies to ensure successful delivery.

Establish and drive project governance by ensuring adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and delivery best practices while promoting consistency across the portfolio.

Facilitate project governance activities, including project kickoffs, status meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and decision-making forums.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution, acting as the trusted liaison between clients, executive sponsors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholders through transparent communication and proactive engagement.
