Program Manager – Genomic Health

• Support the Ohio State Genomic Health community health research initiative.
• Implement plans to align strategies and initiatives to achieve study and partnership goals.
• Manage administrative operations related to data access and research utilizing datasets.
• Assist in the development of progress reports, data management, presentations, and recruitment activities.
• Facilitate cross-functional project meetings and governance committees.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and monitor project performance.
• Partner with leadership to operationalize strategic priorities and develop initiative roadmaps.
• Analyze and interpret program data to identify trends and support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning to support community health research initiatives. Proficient in developing comprehensive project plans and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
