Office Services Senior Coordinator
The Office Services Senior Coordinator performs essential non-clinical administrative functions which impact the operations of the Perioperative Department. This critical role provides the essential support to our daily operations;
Works under minimal supervision;
Determines and ensures that appropriate actions are taken to meet departmental goals and operational needs;
Position emphasizes coordinating, organizing, evaluating, and facilitating information in different formats to accommodate a variety of customer needs;
Works closely with Periop staff, surgeons, Revenue Management, Value Analysis, other Medical Center departments, and vendors and visitors entering the perioperative department.
- Coordinating all vendor and visitor access to the Perioperative Department
- Ensuring compliance with perioperative safety protocols and hospital policies
- Managing Vendormate access and visitor badge issuance
- Supporting tissue/implant documentation and patient communication
- Monitoring supply use in real time and collaborating with the Value Analysis Team
- Overseeing environmental monitoring and gas tank inventory
Full-Time Onsite new University Hospital
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required.
Additional Qualifications:
Operating Room or Perioperative experience preferred.
