Location:

Columbus, Ohio or Houston, TX (hybrid on-site). Job Type: Contract. Compensation Range: $45 - $50 per hour. Pay will be based on education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, and other factors.

• Partner with cross‑functional product, architecture, and UX teams to translate complex stakeholder needs into end‑to‑end omnichannel solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and behavior‑driven development (BDD) workflows to ensure seamless technical delivery and absolute requirement traceability.
• Optimize delivery workflows by leveraging approved AI tools and structured prompt engineering to accelerate technical documentation and backlog grooming.
• Analyze delivery KPIs and system change impacts to provide data‑driven proposals that mitigate deployment risks and improve project outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading digital transformation initiatives within enterprise‑level agile environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Figma, and BDD practices, with a proven ability to translate design concepts into clear technical specifications.
• Proven track record of utilizing structured AI prompting (JSON/table format) and data analytics to significantly improve operational throughput.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with exceptional communication skills to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
