EMP is looking for a Growth & Operations Intern to help support the day-to-day operations of a growing mindset, leadership, and speaking company.
This role is ideal for a student interested in entrepreneurship, sports, leadership, branding, business operations, and relationship management.
Responsibilities may include:
- Helping organize speaking engagements and logistics
- Managing follow-ups and relationship tracking
- Researching conferences and opportunities
- Assisting with scheduling and operational organization
- Supporting event preparation and execution
- Helping maintain systems, files, and business materials
- Supporting social/media/content efforts when needed
This is not a “sit and observe” internship. The ideal person is dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple moving pieces in a fast-moving environment.
Students interested in sports, leadership, business, media, or entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply.
Paid opportunity:
Approximately 10–15 hours/week
