Change Management
This is an opportunity to build a new organization, not inherit one. You will shape how a modern Quality domain plans, governs, and delivers work at enterprise scale, with AI-enabled solutions at the core. The work is high-visibility and outcome-driven, with real accountability for prioritization, capacity, and delivery confidence. If you are at your best when bringing order to complexity and building teams that execute, this role is designed for you.
As a Quality Domain Director within the Quality domain, you will set the direction for how the domain develops, prioritizes, and governs delivery across its portfolio. You will own the integrated enterprise plan, intake readiness gate, and executive reporting for transparency on progress, risk, and decisions. You will govern strategy and onboarding of new use cases, building and leading a team of project managers and execution professionals.
You will partner closely with business, product, technology, controls, compliance, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders.
You will drive business transformation of the AI-enabled Quality function, building a modern operating model from the ground up. Set the standard for planning, governance, and delivery, aiming for improvements over legacy approaches. Align function strategy and enterprise plan to firmwide priorities, replacing friction with scalable, repeatable, AI-enabled methods. Maintain a forward-looking execution roadmap, sequencing work based on capacity and dependencies.
