Office Administrator/ Coordinator
The Client Services & Operations Manager will play a central role in delivering an exceptional client experience while keeping the firm's operations organized, accurate, and efficient. Working closely with advisors and clients, this person will manage account administration, client communications, reporting, operational workflows, and office coordination. This is a full-time position in our Cherry Creek office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing responsive, professional, and highly personalized service.
- Support advisors with day-to-day wealth management operations, client requests, and administrative priorities.
- Prepare and process account paperwork, forms, reports, and other client documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate client onboarding, account maintenance, transfers, and other operational processes from initiation through completion.
- Manage client information and activity within CRM, planning, and other firm technology platforms.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, follow-ups, and other activities that help create a seamless client experience.
- Identify issues, anticipate needs, and proactively move projects and client requests forward.
- Maintain organized, secure, and confidential client records and firm information.
- Support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the team has the systems, information, and resources needed to operate effectively.
- Partner with advisors and team members to improve processes, strengthen service delivery, and keep priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in client service, wealth management operations, financial services, or a related field.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) license required
- Experience working with investments, financial products, financial analysis, or wealth management processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a diverse client base.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM/client management systems, financial planning software, virtual meeting platforms, and other technology used in a secure professional environment.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative, dependable team partner.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to client care and service excellence.
- Clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their needs are being handled with care.
- Advisors can rely on you to keep client requests, paperwork, and operational priorities moving forward.

Compensation:
Salary starting at $100K plus bonus and retirement plan.
