Role & responsibilities

- 5+ years managing enterprise software lifecycle
- Strong in Intune, Config Mgr, Microsoft 365, Adobe CC
- Handson with SAM tools (Snow, Service Now) and license audits
- Good at packaging, automation (Power Shell), reporting (Power BI/SQL)
- Knows Azure AD, app security, VDI basics
- Works well in global teams, takes ownership, communicates clearly in English
