Work Location: Remote (NYC Metro Area preferred; occasional onsite meetings and site visits 1–2 times per month)
Interview Mode: Web / Virtual
Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, increasing coordination across key initiatives.
- Perform market engagement activities including event planning, resource development, and partner coordination.
- Support business process improvements, continuous performance evaluation, and implementation of new strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to support program reporting, improvement, and new opportunity development.
- Assist in the creation of Program Opportunity Notices (PONs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Provide tracking and reporting support for new initiatives, ensuring accurate performance metrics.
- Collaborate across departments to refine and execute program rules, processes, and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in project or program management roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and complex data analysis).
- Experience with IT systems such as NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Confluence.
- Professional Skills: Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer relationship skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience facilitating continuous improvement of business processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with NYC real estate market and building decarbonization concepts is preferred.
- Equipment:
Contractor must have their own computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet access. - Travel:
Occasional travel required (approximately 1–2 days per month).
