Junior Business Associate

Tally is growing its Columbus team and looking for a Junior Business Associate to join us. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands‑on experience across client relations, business operations, and day to day problem solving, with real room to grow.

• Support day to day business operations and client facing activities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Assist with onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account support
• Track performance metrics and share updates with the team
• Collaborate with the broader Tally team on projects, logistics, and process improvements
• Represent the Tally brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Strong communicator who's comfortable talking to clients and teammates alike
• Motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• No experience required, full training provided from day one
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
• Available full-time, 5 days a week (schedule may include weekends)
• Able to work in person at our Columbus location, this is not a remote or hybrid role
