The Mental Health Administrator – Investigative Agent Supervisor oversees and manages the facility-wide investigative and incident management system. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant Major Unusual Incident (MUI) and Unusual Incident (UI) investigations, provides leadership to investigative staff, and maintains strong collaboration with internal and external partners. The Administrator serves as a key resource for maintaining regulatory compliance, identifying systemic risks, supporting corrective actions, and promoting a safe, accountable environment aligned with state and federal requirements.
The position requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to lead investigative operations with integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the facility-wide investigative and incident management system, including MUI/UI investigations.
- Establish program policies, procedures, investigative standards, protocols, and performance expectations.
- Supervise investigative staff and manage unit
