As a Product Manager in CCB, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Translates product goals into program objectives and measurable milestones, aligning execution plans to roadmap priorities and intended outcomes

Owns delivery governance (milestones, acceptance criteria, RAID, decision logs), and applies AI tooling (e.g., MCP, Skills) to accelerate tracking, summarization, and reporting while maintaining auditability

Leads Agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban, driving ceremonies (planning, refinement, standups, demos, retros) and improving predictability through metrics and continuous improvement

Partners with Engineering to validate requirements, integration paths, and non-functional expectations across Java microservices, GraphQL/API layers, and cloud components; surfaces gaps early and drives trade-offs Collaborates with SRE/Production Management to ensure operational readiness (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring/alerting, on-call readiness, incident learnings) and that reliability, resiliency, and performance criteria are met Drives stakeholder alignment and decision-making across Product, Engineering, and Leadership (including cross-shore teams), ensuring timely communication, appropriate resourcing, and well-managed cross-team handoffs and dependencies

Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with hands-on experience running ceremonies and improving delivery cadence and predictability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Working with platforms/framework teams

Proven experience delivering complex, multi-team technology initiatives with accountability for milestones, dependencies, and outcomes

Working familiarity with Java microservices architectures, GraphQL, and cloud platforms sufficient to drive delivery conversations, dependency planning, and feasibility/risk discussions

Experience partnering with SRE teams to deliver production-grade capabilities, including release readiness, observability, resiliency, and incident/operational feedback loops

Strong execution and governance skills: planning, critical-path management, RAID management, escalation, and executive-ready status reporting

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and fast-paced environments while maintaining delivery rigor

Strong stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership; ability to influence without authority and coordinate across time zones
