Job Description Details:

The Business Operations Analyst 1 will provide project support for Lock and Key Services (LKS) at The Ohio State University. Coordinates key creation and card access for employee, contractor, and vendor access for new build and renovation project work and maintains database updates throughout the course of the project. Creates and maintains customized reports to provide updates on project progress. Coordinates response to audit/compliance requests, including designing reports, facilitating surveys, and coordinating database updates.

Works directly with contractors to determine necessary access and process card access/key requests for contract staff working on new build or renovation projects. Runs customer reports and maintains call lists. Responsible for updating databases,batch processing, data entry, and maintaining building open/close and holiday schedules. Assists with maintaining the campus security systems in Lock & Key Services--software, building system alarm points, card access, fire alarms, stand-alone card readers, key ring tracking system, and brass keys.

Troubleshoots software problems reported by systems and customers. Assists with coordinating testing and implementation with customers, vendors, VARs, Service2

Facilities, Public Safety, OCIO, and Building Automation. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, and are subject to change in shift, hours, days and/or locations as operations dictate.
** Required Education/

Experience:

** Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent. Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience with data entry, report creation, project management support, anddata analysis. Receipt of security clearance is a condition of employment. Valid Driver's License. Successful completion of a background check.

Excellent ustomer service as well as written and oral communication skills.
