The Lead Partner Program Manager is responsible for supporting the company's partnership programs to include all aspects related to onboarding, enablement, process improvement, and reporting for the global partner community. This position requires a multi-faceted approach to ensure successful adoption of the program across various partner types. The Lead Partner Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and assisting with the launch of program updates to drive and support change across the company.

• Define the structure and components of a partner enablement program — including onboarding, training, certifications, and follow-up to ensure partners are set up for success while leading the application and management of onboarding processes for new technology partners in support of the company's overall program and partnership strategy.
• Lead the development of systems to establish ongoing communication and feedback loops with partners — ensuring consistent delivery of information and leading the execution of support delivery by promptly responding to inquiries, capturing feedback, prioritizing program improvements, and identifying and implementing process changes.
• Work across the company's internal partner team(s) to operationalize program benefits — delivering mutual value for both the company and partners while leading complex projects with multiple internal and external partners to strengthen partnerships and maximize overall benefit.
• Leverage analytical insights to track, evaluate, and improve program initiatives — utilizing CRM tools to manage partner account data and processing large amounts of data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and program enhancement.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to potential partners — developing and maintaining strategic working relationships while contributing significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends.
• Mentor, coach, and train other team members — contributing to the continuous improvement and professional development of the team while supporting change management efforts related to the launch of program updates across the company.

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience — with previous experience in program management, project management, or business development and proven success managing complex cross-functional projects within budgets and timelines; experience with partner programs and engaging with customers through partners is preferred
• Previous experience with Enterprise Imaging related technologies — with deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem and the ability to lead the application and management of onboarding processes for new technology partners
• Excellent analytical skills — with the ability to consume and process large amounts of data into actionable insights, leverage data to track and improve program initiatives, and experience with CRM tools to manage partner account data
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills — with great attention to detail, the ability to quickly identify problems or areas in need of improvement, and a track record of implementing effective solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
