Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Superintendent / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee and manage all aspects of our multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial buildout, and a proven track record in managing scopes and contracts.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing complex projects, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, and manage project scopes and contracts.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction crew and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, communicating regularly to keep them informed of project status and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, costs, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily, residential, and commercial buildouts.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing scopes and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and keep teams motivated and focused.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
