Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations for self-perform concrete projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general contracting and concrete construction, looking to make a significant impact on project delivery and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate field teams
- Site logistics and manpower planning
- Material and equipment management
- Scheduling and time tracking
- Safety compliance and documentation
- Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
- Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations
- Minimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost control practices
