Position OverviewAs a Construction Project Manager
, you’ll lead all phases of project execution—from pre-construction planning through close-out. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and teams across multi-family, commercial, and K–12 construction projects, ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of construction operations and exceptional leadership skills.
Project Management
Lead project setup, execution, and close-out with precision and accountability.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Manage construction phases from site mobilization to final delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout all stages of construction.
Team Leadership
Directly supervise and mentor project team members.
Assign responsibilities, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Support team development through training, recognition, and conflict resolution.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
Represent the company as a client sponsor, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2–4+ years as a Project Manager in multi-family housing
, commercial
, or K–12 construction projects.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level).
Experience with
Procore or ability to quickly become proficient in its full suite of tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret technical documents, contracts, and construction plans.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually + bonus potential
Bonus: Signing bonus and performance-based bonuses
