Construction Project Manager, Two positions

Overview — Role 1

This is a Columbus based manufacturing company with facilities throughout the country and they are growing. The company currently has $400 million in real estate assets and it will only get bigger. They need an experienced construction manager who will oversee construction of new facilities and renovation of existing plants / warehouses as needed. This is a newly created position. • Oversee all stages of project life cycle and manage project budgets.

• At least 10 years experience as a construction manager overseeing commercial and manufacturing projects.
• College education (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Salary ranges from $125K to $140K depending on experience plus a very generous annual bonus and full benefits. Travel involved to facilities within the USA.

This is a name brand national organization based in Columbus. They have a position open that requires a candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business and at least 5 years of corporate construction experience, restaurant construction experience is strongly preferred.

• Leading end-to-end execution of ground-up and remodel construction projects, managing all phases from the site handoff through store openings.
• Oversee construction budgets, bid processes, contractor negotiations, and cost controls.
• Support capital planning, forecasting, and value engineering initiatives.
• Perform comprehensive site due diligence, including feasibility, utilities, zoning, and risk assessment to support informed build decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business.
• At least 5 years of corporate construction experience; restaurant construction experience is strongly preferred.

Salary range from $125,000 to $140,000 that includes an annual bonus. Includes a full benefits package (401K and four weeks vacation your first year).
