Construction Laborer​/Spotter

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Service is looking for general construction labor cleaners. Will perform various construction labor tasks. We are looking to hire in the Columbus, Ohio area.

• Assist with construction site cleanup and general labor tasks as directed.
• Support skilled tradespeople by performing basic tasks on site.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area and comply with safety rules.

General laborer duties vary depending on the setting and specialization. They usually work in construction where they help erect scaffolding, clean up sites and assist specialized workers such as painters, carpenters and electricians.

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, etc.).
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not required.
