Preconstruction Manager - Commercial ConstructionWe are partnering with a well-established commercial construction firm in Columbus seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support their growth in CMAR and Design-Build projects across the commercial sector.

- 5+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or commercial construction
- Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Background in retail, mixed-use, office, or similar projects
