Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review the work progress on a daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment.
• Foster positive and effective relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their concerns and managing their expectations.

• Proven working experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process, including blueprint reading and materials management.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and team building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
• BSc/BA in engineering, building science, construction management or relevant field.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.
