Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (HVAC, Plumbing, Piping)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects in the Cincinnati and Columbus markets
. This is a local position with a strong regional project pipeline.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience across all three mechanical trades —
HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping — and can successfully manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining control of budget, schedule, and client relationships.

• Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes on commercial and industrial builds
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and change management
• Coordinate with superintendents, field teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Drive schedule performance, safety standards, and quality control
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction
• Proven experience managing HVAC, plumbing, and piping scopes
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial project delivery
• Experience with cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
• Strong leadership and communication skills
