Project Scheduler

Insight Global is looking for a Project Coordinator to support complex engineering and construction projects, with a primary focus on data center construction initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining and coordinating project schedules, ensuring alignment across production, site, and delivery timelines.
The Project Coordinator will oversee the full project schedule while working cross functionally with engineering, construction, site, and delivery teams. This position does not own individual work streams but plays a critical role in ensuring all activities remain coordinated, visible, and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using MS Project

• Build detailed project schedules based on inputs provided by engineering, construction, and delivery teams

• Oversee and monitor overall project timelines while not directly owning work execution

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment across:
o Production schedules
o Site construction activities
o Delivery and logistics timelines

• Track schedule progress, dependencies, and milestone completion

• Identify schedule risks, conflicts, or delays and escalate appropriately

• Support updates to an integrated production and site/delivery schedule that teams feed into

• Communicate schedule status clearly to project leadership and stakeholders

Rate: 40-60/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience using MS Project in a project coordination or scheduling capacity

• Background in engineering and construction project environments

• Familiarity with data center construction projects or similarly complex infrastructure builds

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs simultaneously

• Ability to oversee schedules holistically without direct ownership of task execution

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working on large scale or multi site construction projects

• Exposure to production driven schedules tied to site delivery timelines

• Experience coordinating across engineering, construction, and field teams
