Superintendent, Construction

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Traveling Position)

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 + ~$50,000 annual per diem + health benefits + vehicle allowance

We work with some of the most respected construction companies in the country and currently have multiple opportunities for experienced Superintendents to join a contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects in Ohio.

Our client is a highly regarded general contractor with a strong track record delivering complex mission-critical facilities. With a growing portfolio of hyperscale data center builds across the Midwest, they are seeking experienced MEP and Project Superintendents who can take ownership of site operations and lead the successful delivery of these technically demanding projects.

These roles are site-based and traveling, supporting major hyperscale developments. Candidates must be confident managing large subcontractor teams and coordinating complex electrical and mechanical installations within mission-critical environments.

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage subcontractors across electrical, mechanical, and MEP installation scopes.
• Ensure all construction work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and trade partners.
• Lead daily site meetings, progress updates, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor construction schedules and identify solutions to maintain project milestones.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation related to mission critical systems.
• Ensure quality assurance and commissioning readiness across MEP installations.

• Experience working as a Superintendent or MEP Superintendent on large construction projects.
• Prior experience on mission critical or data center construction projects strongly preferred

• Strong background managing electrical and mechanical subcontractors.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex MEP installations.
• Experience delivering projects with large electrical scopes and critical power infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on site.
