We are seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations for self-perform concrete projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general contracting and concrete construction, looking to make a significant impact on project delivery and team leadership.

• Lead and coordinate field teams
• Site logistics and manpower planning
• Material and equipment management
• Scheduling and time tracking
• Safety compliance and documentation
• Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
• Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost control practices

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
