Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are growing our Commercial team in Columbus and are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution
• Partner closely with Superintendents, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Drive project communication and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and project forecasting
• Monitor project financials including cost controls, change orders, and billing
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Mentor and support Project Engineers and field teams
• Participate in preconstruction planning, buyout, and risk management efforts

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, corporate interiors, industrial, retail, or mixed commercial projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across teams
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
