Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Oversee daily construction operations and monitor project progress
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards
• Manage subcontractor performance, change orders, and project costs
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
• Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Experience working on ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management software
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction regulations
