Position Title: Tenant Coordinator, Commercial Construction Project Manager
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $65-100k depending on experience level
Education: Bachelor's Degree highly recommended
Core Responsibilities / Day-to-Day- Oversee and manage all aspects of a tenant project from lease execution to tenant opening
- Daily communication and coordination with tenants, contractors, development, finance, leasing and operations
- Manage tenant design in collaboration with the development team and landlord's design criteria
- Coordinate and leads pre-construction meetings for assigned projects
- Conduct regular weekly site visits to review construction progress
- Make sure the work aligns with lease requirements, building codes and overall project expectations
