Operations Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Industrial Design-Build Site Superintendent
You arrive before sunrise at a manufacturing project site, step into the trailer you helped set up, review today’s look-ahead schedule, and brief subcontractors on safety and quality expectations. By mid‑morning you’re coordinating inspections and resolving a sequencing challenge that keeps the build on track. In the afternoon, you’re capturing field updates, confirming material deliveries, and preparing for tomorrow’s owner/architect coordination meeting.
That’s a day in the life of our Industrial Design-Build Site Superintendent.
We’re a leading design‑build general contractor delivering manufacturing facilities across Ohio and the U.S. We highly value industrial experience but also welcome seasoned commercial superintendents eager to step into industrial work.
