Job Description

* Lead all on-site construction activities for data center projects

* Run daily huddles, pull planning, and coordination meetings

* Manage engineers, trade partners, and shared campus resources

* Partner with owners, architects, and safety teams on changes

* Oversee schedules, quality, safety, and risk mitigation

The Successful Applicant

* 4+ years' superintendent experience on large projects

* Data center, industrial, or complex commercial background

* Strong MEP and electrical coordination experience

* Safety-first mindset with collaborative leadership style

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active site environment
