- Large-Scale Project Leadership: Oversee ground-up multifamily and podium construction projects ranging from $30M to $60M, leading all phases from initial planning through execution.
- Operational & Financial Control: Manage project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and critical documentation, including RFIs and change orders.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to align owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, keeping delivery on track.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor jobsite progress, resolve issues in real time, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, rigorous quality control, and all contractual obligations.
The Successful Applicant
- Multifamily Expertise: Proven track record of managing large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects, including podium, mid-rise, or complex vertical commercial builds (ideally $30M+).
- Project Command: Deep knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software, and financial/budgeting principles.
- Leadership & Drive: Exceptional leadership, communication, and real-time problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Competitive Salary of $120,000 - $170,000 depending on experience
