Job Description

Healthcare Project Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership and foster a proactive project safety culture
• Oversee bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
• Manage subcontractor meetings to ensure project goals are met.
• Review invoices and documentation for timely funding.
• Lead cost reporting, contracts, and scope revisions to maintain financial health.
• Represent the GC in subcontract negotiations.

The Successful Applicant

Healthcare Project Engineer - Successful Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of Construction Project Engineering experience.
• Healthcare construction expertise (hospital projects & ICRA knowledge preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction technology and skilled trades.
• Ability to review and interpret all construction documents.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

• Base salary: $80,000-$95,000
• Bonus: $7,500-$9,000 annually (project/profit-based).
